this vole took an accidental trip in my kayak hold compartment after it crept in while i was having lunch on a wetlands tour. that apple core was too tempting.

On my way over to get some lunch, I stopped at O.S. Gray Natural Area. Always see some cool critters here! :)

In Kentucky for the Wildlife Society Meeting! This morning I went to Falls of the Ohio State Park -- pretty cool floodplain area!

After lunch, I walked around this park next to the drying beds. Still a bit chilly outside, although the sun was out!
