Roadside, quite a population of the chatty little chaps.
Not entirely certain of the exact spot this fellow crossed the road as we approached.
Very surprised to see two Bassian Thrushes out in the open, foraging at a picnic ground next to the car park. First time I've ever seen these usually shy birds out in the sunlight.
It’s low quality but if you zoom in you can just make out the red only on the bottom part of the beak instead of top and bottom like a pacific gull.
Also they have been sighted at this same spot before.
An adult and what I assume was it’s chick as they were together.
