Using Oregon Wildflower app for identification. Flowers bilaterally symmetrical with petals in pairs. Flowers are numerous and not solitary. Two sepals distinct, four petals in pairs. Sepals measuring approximately 0.5 to 1 mm. The outer petal is spurred. Leaves are divided into three. Inflorescence are panicle. According to Flora of PNW (Hitchcock, 2nd edition), naturally found in moist woodland to lower mountains. This specimens was found near a stream in forest.
