Earthball - golden yellow
Earthball - bright red on forest floor, small opening where you can see inner structure.
Wooly stipe, slightly bulbous base brusing pale yellowish orange. Spore Print - mid brown/light chocolate, gills pinkish brown. This species has brown spore/gills.

Gold staining occurred almost immediately. Smelt of marzipan. Singular fruit, no others noted in immediate vicinity.
Some mild red/brown staining particularly in stem base. Soft pithy core to stem
Yellow stain when scratched. Located in manicured front lawn.
Along driveway just out of the gate. Moist, slightly elevated within the scrub, well hidden.
