Breeding behavior? Flying individual hovered in one spot, only moving slightly up and down, with front legs held up and out, facing a perched individual in the vegetation (third and seventh photos). After holding this for about 30s, the flying individual approached the perched one and pounced on it. They flew off in a tangle, intermittently pausing on vegetation (fifth photo).
