Description

Kukang jawa/ javan slow loris (Nycticebus javanicus)
.
Kalo siang?? Ya rebahan, eh tidur maksudnya. Istirahat lah yaa,.
.

This one is a little confusing. Doesn't look quite right for Anna's but also doesn't look quite right for Costa's either. The hazy lighting doesn't help either
Costa's features: Size seemed smaller than the other Anna's that are usually hanging around, and the overall shape and proportions seems better for Costa's as well as the pale grayish undersides
Anna's features: tail extends farther than wingtips, "female gorget" present

Description

Poor iPhone photo taken to document proper location (via geotag'd photo). I understand the quality of the photo is not adequate to identify the species but this was an easy ID in the field given huge size and dorsal fin location/shape. I have plenty of experience with Gulf of Maine cetaceans to know a Fin, plus the naturalist on board (Bar Harbor Whale Watch Company - I don't recall who it was today, possibly Zach Klyver) ID'd this as well.
