I think this is an undescribed species of Leucophenga. The known eastern species (maculosa & varia) look quite different, but Wheeler's (1952) key has several western Nearctic species with well-developed postverticals and a smiliar abdominal pattern. This one is also very similar to the European Leucophenga hungarica.
