Description
Caught as 'bycatch' when trapping common brushtail possums. Location isn't exact, but was caught during surveys at Ikara Flinders Ranges National Park.

Description
Believed to be Pseudomys bolami on account of no notched incisor, no musty odour, appearing to only possess two pairs of teats, and facial features (large eyes, large ears).
Found under tin sheet, immediately released upon ID

Not sure of species, just a little male fella (40 to 50 cm body only) but looks to light in colour to be a swampy? Checked and moved off road as he was hit by a previous car and just left

Description
This 'courtship dance’ was in progress when I arrived but my presence did not appear to concern them. The dance comprised walking past each other many times while entwine necks. No mating was observed.

Field Notes - So lucky to spot this tree kangaroo. When we drove past it was on the ground but it jumped in the tree and just posed for my camera. Isnt he/she gorgeous! What a lucky find, not many places where you can find this beautiful animal.
